Simple Alternating Foot Jump Rope Exercise

If you are looking for an intense HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout to burn that extra fat, consider jump rope exercises.

This one is quite simple.

Skip on both feet for 10 skips, then switch to your right foot for 10 skips, then left for another 10 skips. After that, go back on both feet for 9 skips, switch to your right for 9 skips, then left for another 9. Repeat this by dropping 1 skip every time you finish a rep until you hit 0 (1). Repeat this whole set for about 3-4 times, and as you progress, try to add 1-2 skips to your starting rep (e.g. after a week or two, start at 11 or 12 skips).
